HilltopSecurities Selects Redtail CRM for Retail Financial Advisors
Dallas, March 9, 2017 - Hilltop Securities Inc. (HTS) announced today a new enterprise partnership with Redtail Technology, Inc., pioneers of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software specifically designed for financial service industry professionals. The software allows the firm’s Private Client Group and independent network financial advisors to strengthen their client contact management capabilities and provides seamless integration with industry-leading software solutions.
“HilltopSecurities’ partnership with Redtail and the integration of their CRM within our network of advisors reinforces our stance as an advisor- and client-centric firm,” said Dave Geschke, Director of Retail for HilltopSecurities and CEO/President of HilltopSecurities Independent Network (HTIN). “Redtail’s CRM allows HTS and HTIN advisors to leverage all the moving parts of the advisor-client relationship and gives them the necessary tools to more effectively manage their clients’ needs, as well as their book of business.”
Redtail’s advisor dashboard and technology-agnostic integration network works hand-in-hand with MoneyGuidePro®, the financial planning software HTS launched in the field last year, and sets the foundation for the firm’s advisor toolset.
“By utilizing Redtail’s CRM, our advisors can add greater efficiencies to their day and improve the overall client experience,” said Jurgen Simons, Vice President of Business Development for HilltopSecurities Retail. “Redtail’s software also affords advisors improved client organization and the ability to tie in the available software solutions that can help their clients make smarter, more educated decisions.”
Redtail Technology has designed advisor-centric CRM solutions for the past 13 years and is one of the few software solutions created and refined exclusively for financial professionals since its inception.
“Redtail’s main mission is—and has always been—to provide financial advisors with next-generation technology and solutions to help them manage their client base and day-to-day operations,” said Redtail Technology CEO Brian McLaughlin. “HilltopSecurities’ addition of Redtail’s CRM to their advisor platform makes them more nimble in providing their financial advisors with the resources and tools they need.”
